Yes. We work in your repo, your tools and your process, and your client never hears from us. Most agencies start with one small ticket to see how we work.
How much does it cost?
You get a fixed price before any work starts, after a free audit of the store or the problem. Then you pay per ticket, book a monthly block of hours, or have us as a regular developer on your team.
Which platforms do you work with?
Magento 2.4 with Hyvä, PrestaShop 1.7 to 9 and WooCommerce for stores, and Next.js for websites and apps. Still on Magento 2.4.6 or older? Its standard support ended on 11 August 2026, so that is the first thing we would fix.
How fast do you reply, and who watches the store at night?
We work on Central European Time and reply within one working day. There is no 24/7 phone line, but stores on a care plan are checked every few minutes, day and night, with alerts.
